By becoming a Smart Works partner, your organisation can make a difference in the lives of thousands of women.

We support unemployed women with our Interview Dressing and Preparation service to help them feel and look their best at the crucial moment before their job interview. For women who need support securing an interview, we provide a dedicated Career Coaching service to assist them with their CVs, cover letters and skills development.

Since 2013, we’ve supported 40,000 women into employment, with thousands more needing our help every year.
